We use this information for account management, payment verification, support, fraud prevention, platform security, user communication, and record keeping. Users are responsible for keeping their login details private.
Payment Policy
GrowSwine supports wallet funding through available payment methods such as Paystack, Monnify, and Selar/manual payment proof. Deposits are credited only after successful verification, webhook confirmation, or admin approval.
For manual proof payments, users must upload clear evidence of payment and provide accurate payment details. Fake proof, edited proof, wrong reference, or suspicious payment activity may lead to rejection or account review.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before approval. A request may be delayed, rejected, or placed on hold if bank details are incorrect, account activity is suspicious, the wallet balance is insufficient, required checks are pending, or package rules have not been satisfied.
Users should submit only their own bank account details. GrowSwine is not responsible for delays caused by wrong account information supplied by the user.
Refund Policy
Wallet funding errors should be reported to support with payment reference, amount, payment method, date, and proof where necessary. Refund or correction requests are reviewed based on payment records, platform logs, and support verification.
Activated package funds may be subject to package rules and may not be treated the same as an unused wallet balance. Users should review package details carefully before activation.
Risk Disclosure
GrowSwine package figures are projected based on current package settings. Participation involves risk and may be affected by farm operations, market conditions, operational delays, verification checks, policy changes, and other business factors.
Users should not participate with money they cannot afford to put at risk. GrowSwine does not present package participation as a bank deposit, insurance product, or risk-free savings account.
Referral Policy
Referral rewards may be credited when a referred user activates a package under platform rules. Referral abuse, fake accounts, self-referral, payment manipulation, or spam promotion may lead to reward reversal or account review.
Support Policy
Support requests may be handled through email, WhatsApp support, in-app support chat, and notifications. Response times may vary depending on the issue type, verification requirements, and current support volume.
Users should never share passwords, OTPs, or sensitive login details with anyone claiming to be support.
Account Safety Policy
GrowSwine may review, restrict, suspend, or block accounts involved in suspicious activity, fake payment proof, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of platform rules.
